Food Truck Fun Card Kit – MFT Stamps

Hey friends! Today, MFT released a brand new card kit called Food Truck Fun. I am late in posting about it since I just returned from a few days away with my husband. We went to the mountains and had a fabulous time. I can’t wait to go back!

The card kit is super cute and has several add-ons to round out the product offerings. For my card sample today, I am using the kit mixed with a couple add-ons: Coffee Run Die-namics and the Coffee and Donuts stamp set. The card was straight forward to make – just a lot of die cutting all the little pieces. Of course, I wanted to make a coffee food truck as I am a huge coffee lover! Actually, I just started drinking iced coffee a couple weeks ago (I know it is hard to believe, but I was never into cold coffee) and I absolutely love them!

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
  1. On an A2 card base, adhere a panel of Tropical Teal.
  2. Stamp the Coffee Bean Background with brown ink on white cardstock. Die cut the panel with the large scalloped die in Blueprints 27 and adhere to the card front. Splatter with brown ink.
  3. Trim another panel of white cardstock down to fit and splatter with a little brown ink.
  4. Adhere strips of teal, orange, and brown cardstock diagonally.
  5. Stamp a sentiment from Coffee and Donuts in the top right.
  6. Die cut all the pieces for the food truck from the same colors of cardstock, adding in Chantilly Cream. I used colored cardstock for most pieces and for the very tiny pieces like the headlight and taillights, I cut them from white and copic colored the die cuts.
  7. On the lower part of the truck, stamp with the Coffee Bean Background again.
  8. Assemble the truck and its accessories.
  9. Pop it up with foam tape on the card front.

Hope you are inspired to check out the kit! There is more inspiration on the MFT blog and on IG.
